CETP The Community Employment & Training Program (CETP) has several community projects which provide employment and training both on- and off-reserve. Programs include Handicrafts and Construction. The Handicrafts training in star blanket quilting and wallhanging was held at the Northern Star Workers Co-Operative in Winnipeg. The log house construction project was very successful and the team learned valuable skills. |
